Key Responsibilities

1. Provide general administrative support, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
2. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
4. Maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
5. Assist in the preparation of budgets and expense reports.
6. Perform data entry and update databases as necessary.
